A Team of Experts

Our team consists of Ivy League Admissions officers as well as Bilingual Counselors from multicultural backgrounds. Each student will be working with:

• Primary Consultant: Plans and strategizes the student's whole college application process

• Co-Consultant (Admissions Officer): Specializes in students’ focus field and plays co-coach in essays and extracurricular building

• Ivy Student Mentors: Graduates from Ivy League universities providing 1:1 guidance on application strategy, writing skills, or research programs.  

Our Objectives

With more than 20 years of college admissions experience, our team has narrowed our focus to four main goals.

Selective University Admissions


We strategically align students’ personal, academic, and extracurricular pursuits with the current-day college admissions process, specific for each school they're applying to. Our team consists of admissions officers and students from Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, MIT, Columbia, and more.  We ensure that, as our students progress, they pursue all the right steps to gain acceptances to their dream schools.

Extracurricular Focus and Enrichment


We help develop opportunities for students to creatively demonstrate extracurricular enrichment as they explore their passions, adding impressive achievements to their resume and story. From STEM to humanity, biomedical research to political activism, entrepreneurship to competitive mathematics, we help our students craft an incredibly strong profile centered around their extracurriculars.

Intellectual Curiosity and Academic Performance


We strive for our students to demonstrate intellectual curiosity and strong academic achievement. Even as time, extracurricular, and academic pressures mount, we want to help our students develop the right skill set so that they can navigate the best opportunities for their college admissions success. We advise course selections, summer programs, GAP strategy,  research programs and other pursuits that enables them to balance their rigorous course load with other compelling opportunities.

Meet Your Team

You will work with a team of counselors, past admission officers, and student mentors who are experts in your academic/extracurricular focus and the general admissions process. We'll have weekly+ video, phone, and email meetings to help build a college list, plan out your application resume, and track milestones.

Develop Your Spike

The best college applications revolve around a "spike" -- something your intensely passionate and curious about. Our team will help you develop these academic interests, attend extracurricular/summer programs, and incorporate your achievements and interests into your personal statement.

Craft Your Story

We follow a disciplined yet creative approach towards building your winning application. Through frequent consulting and drafting sessions, we will review your Common App and every supplemental essay to make sure they paint the most complete and impactful version of yourself.
